TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon payment for any class, workshop or event with Alia El-Bermani, doing business as Alia Fine Art Studios and hereinafter “AFAS,” you are confirming that you understand and agree with our Terms and Conditions. Registration Fees and Refunds

For 48 hours after payment is made the student can request a refund in writing by contacting us at alia-fineart.com. After that period a refund request will only be honored
if the class or workshop is full with a wait list, and if the spot can be filled by another student, minus a 20% administration fee. There are absolutely no refunds once a class or enrollment period has already started, under any circumstances, even for major life events.

Registration fees are for an individual student to attend a particular class within specific dates. 48 hours after payment has been received, fees are nontransferable to another class, to different dates, or to another student.
3.
Registration reserves the student’s place in a class or workshop regardless of whether the student can attend every session. We are not able to offer makeup days for our classes.
4.
If AFAS cancels any class, workshop or program, all paid tuition will be refunded for the canceled days.
5.
AFAS reserves the right to use images of students and student artwork for program publicity, with respect for the privacy of the individual.

The Care and Respect for our models and the safety of all folks who enter Alia Fine Art Studios is of the utmost concern. Alia Fine Art Studios reserves the right to refuse service, with zero refunds, to any attendee who’s behavior or actions are deemed inappropriate or dangerous by any AFAS representative. There is a zero tolerance policy for any breech of the posted model etiquette.

AFAS is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles at the studio.

AFAS accepts no responsibility for any student loss associated with unrecoverable travel costs or reservations.
